An exciting opportunity has arisen for a caring, driven, experienced and highly motivated leader to work with the Executive Principal and Spark of Genius Trust board, supported by expert stakeholders, to bring to fruition a new, special school for young people aged 6-19 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health challenges.
With Hartlepool Free School as a beacon for provision for pupils with SEMH we need a leader who will deliver our first step on the journey of raising the profile of Hartlepool and the Tees Valley as a centre of excellence for SEMH Special School provision.

We wish to appoint a leader with the confidence and experience to successfully establish and grow an inspirational team in order to build capacity to support a growing and ambitious Trust. You will have a significant impact on the lives of the children and families served by Hartlepool Free School and the opportunity for career progression and development as our Trust expands. You will be a skilled negotiator, able to advocate for students and families, a caring but effective line manager with a proven track record in project and resource management.
